Course Description: This course is specially designed to help students consolidate their Spanish skills acquired in the Beginner levels and Intermediate I. It is recommended for anyone who has completed at least Intermediate I, or has previously studied the present and past tenses in Spanish. The course focuses on strengthening students' conversational skills, reinforcing the most challenging concepts that they have already studied, such as the preterit and imperfect tenses, object pronouns, and reflexive verbs, through guided practice and dynamic activities.
Taking this fun and interactive course will boost your ability to communicate fluidly and help you to sharpen your skills in all areas: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Classes will be structured around conversational topics such as current events, movies, travel, and childhood memories, and practical applications for everyday situations in which a tourist or professional might need to speak Spanish. Songs, articles, and poems by Latin American musicians and authors will provide an engaging cultural context that will help improve your comprehension and expand your cultural horizons.
