“Carnival Masquerade” Friday February 8th!

Join us at Tierra to celebrate one of the most festive and widespread traditions across Latin America and Spain - “Carnaval” - Friday, February 8th from 6:00-8:00pm. Enjoy an audiovisual presentation that will take us on a virtual journey to experience the diverse dance rhythms, elaborate costumed parades, and rich cultural heritage resulting from the melding of European and indigenous customs. Come practice speaking Spanish in a welcoming environment and wear a mask to be entered in a drawing for FREE Spanish classes at Tierra!

This special event is free and open to the community. We encourage you to bring a potluck dish or beverage to share and/ or a suggested $5 contribution. Invite your family and friends - children are welcome.
